Kullanım Koşulları
Zig! Number Path Puzzle oyununu ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen Uygulamayı kullanma.
Kullanım lisansı
Sana, Uygulamayı sahibi olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarında, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Bu koşullar, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (EULA) ek olarak geçerlidir.
Yapmaman gerekenler
- Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya yeniden dağıtmak
- Reklamları engellemeye, atlamaya veya sahte reklam etkileşimi oluşturmaya çalışmak
- Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı bir amaçla kullanmak
Reklamlar ve ipuçları
Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklamlarla desteklenir. İpucu almak için isteğe bağlı olarak ödüllü reklam izleyebilirsin. Reklamların içeriğinden reklamı veren taraf sorumludur. Reklam her zaman bulunamayabilir; böyle bir durumda ipucunun nasıl verileceğini belirleme hakkımız saklıdır.
Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın adı, logosu, tasarımı, kodu, bulmacaları ve sesleri dahil tüm içerik bize aittir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunur.
İlerleme ve veriler
İlerlemen yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Uygulamayı silmen, cihaz değiştirmen veya bir hata nedeniyle ilerlemen kaybolabilir; bundan sorumlu tutulamayız. Kişisel verilerinle ilgili bilgiler Gizlilik Politikası'nda yer alır.
Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Değişiklikler ve fesih
Uygulamayı ve bu koşulları önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirebilir veya Uygulamayı yayından kaldırabiliriz. Güncel koşullar her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır. Koşullara uymaman halinde lisansın kendiliğinden sona erer.
Geçerli hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Tüketici olarak bulunduğun ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan hakların saklıdır.

By downloading or using Zig! Number Path Puzzle (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. These terms apply in addition to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App
- Do not attempt to block or skip ads or generate fraudulent ad interactions
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose
Ads and hints
The App is free and supported by ads. You may optionally watch rewarded ads to receive hints. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. Ads may not always be available; we reserve the right to decide how hints are provided in that case.
Intellectual property
All content of the App, including its name, logo, design, code, puzzles and sounds, belongs to us and is protected by copyright law.
Progress and data
Your progress is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you delete the App, change devices or due to an error, and we cannot be held responsible for such loss. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes and termination
We may change the App and these terms, or discontinue the App, without prior notice. The current terms are always published on this page. Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
